In more than 30 years of practice Fiona has combined serious advocacy with a role as a very experienced commercial lawyer with a particular specialism in both Food and Drink and Advertising and Marketing.  

Fiona has been a Specialist Prosecutor for over 15 years for prosecution authorities such as the Health and Safety Executive, the Department for Business Innovation and Skills, the Security Industry Authority and the Greater London Authority. 

Fiona has defended prosecutions brought against clients by the Environment Agency, Vehicle Operating Standards Authority, Civil Aviation Authority and Financial Services Authority as well as numerous cases involving Trading Standards.

With substantial experience as a partner in a leading Commercial Practice, Fiona has consistently been recognised over the years in the Legal 500 across several categories including  Licencing, Transport and Health & Safety. Fiona is identified in the 2014/2015 edition as a “leading individual” in the Brand management Category.

Fiona combines both Criminal and Civil experience to offer rounded commercial advice and representation.
