Criminal Appeals

Our advocates take cases on appeal to the Administrative Court, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords. Our advocates are sometimes instructed following references back to the Court of Appeal by the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC), whose remit is to investigate suspected miscarriage of justice cases.
